Welcome to the La Marmite Enchantée blog
Asian fusion restaurant in Châteauneuf-Grasse, La Marmite Enchantée opens its blog: behind the scenes, dishes, the village and good ideas around Grasse.

You may already know our little red pot on route de Gourdon, in Châteauneuf-Grasse. This blog extends the conversation we have every day at the counter: where a dish comes from, how we make it, what there is to see around the village, and what changes on the menu with the seasons.
Homemade Asian fusion cooking
La Marmite Enchantée is an Asian fusion restaurant. We draw on the cuisines of Vietnam, Japan, Thailand and China and cook them our own way, with fresh produce. Bo buns, donburis, Thai burgers, spring rolls and samosas are all prepared on site.
A village between Grasse and Valbonne
Châteauneuf-Grasse is a hill village in the Alpes-Maritimes, between Grasse, the perfume capital, and Valbonne. People pass through on their way up to Gourdon and the Loup gorges, to reach Sophia Antipolis, or simply because they live here. That mix of regulars, neighbours and visitors is what makes the restaurant lively.
